When in doubt – WORK OUT!!

I am a chronic over-thinker.  I worry, and worry, and worry more and then worry more.  I worry about things that barely even affect me or have very little to do with me.  I worry about everyone I love and several I don’t even like!  

Working out, HELPS!!!  CROSSFIT HELPS!!!  It helps immensely.  It helps me to refocus, and reorganize my thoughts. Get rid on unnecessary stress and anxiety.  

I really just imagine sweating out all this shit I can do nothing about!!
